Sandcastle at South Beach Came in on 9/12/09 for 4 nights and EVERYTHING was AWESOME!!! Thanks!!!! Room 620 was perfect and the parking outside our room was perfect also. Otho Mays, September 28, 2009 Sandcastle at the Pavilion I could not have asked for better service. We booked a stay here, because our friends picked this hotel. It may be a little old, but it was clean and the service was great. There was a odor in the elevator and in the hallway when we got off the elevator, but I figure this could be from it getting wet from people coming in from the pool or beach, as our room did not smell. ALL of the staff was very friendly and courteous. Just to see them smile in passing and ask how we were was nice. I hope to return to Myrtle Beach, and when we do (which may be in December) I will definetly book with this hotel. I have stayed in more than my share, and for the price, you can't beat the cleanliness, and the friendly staff. Thanks Sandcastle, for a memorable vacation. We certainly enjoyed it. We have no complaints at all with the exception of room safe. We would recommend having room safe's installed in the rooms (even if the cost was rolled into the room rate). It is difficult leaving personal effects in a room that has no safe. I know there is a place at the front desk, but it isn't the same as having a safe in your room. Other than this, we had a great time at your resort and will be returning again and again. I work for the School Board and will be passing along for my colleauges to stay at Sandcastle South Beach. Once again thank you for the wonderful time that we had. Everything was great. Also please pass along a nice compliment to Mary (pm Manager) and Bob. Both were absolutley fantastic and fun to deal with. They are both very dedicated to your resort and very loyal. Harry Small, Morganton, NC August 26, 2009 Sandcastle at South Beach The stay was wonderful, and we can't wait to book our trip for next year. The front desk was very nice and helpful, especially at check-in. This was one of the best vacations I have been on, and mainly because of the hotel. Our air conditioning was out in our living room area, and after calling the front desk, the maintenance technicians were there within 5 minutes, and replaced the whole unit within 15 minutes. Everyone was exceptionally nice and I loved every bit of the experience. Thank you so much for making my honeymoon one to remember. Amber Minor, Danville, KY Sandcastle at the Pavilion We have stayed at Sandcastle at the Pavilion in Myrtle Beach for 4 yrs and have had a Great time! The location is good . It's close to many restauruants, shops,and entertainment. The rooms are always clean and spacious. Maid service is Wonderful. They accomodate most request to make our stay enjoyable.
