Play a course designed by a Carolina native himself. Davis Love III used the Lowcountry tradition as an influence on the Love Course at Barefoot Resort. The greens and landing areas are very similar to those found at the 1999 U.S. Open. As a Par-72 course, the Love Course measures over 7,000 yards and challenges every while providing golfers with a fun memorable time.

Davis Love III incorporated the recreated ruins of an old plantation home along a stretch of holes. This striking visual can only be found at the Love course. The Love Course was voted the "6th Best New Golf Course in the United States" in 2000 and features seven beautiful sparkling lakes and wetlands on almost each and every hole. Although it's not as extreme as its Barefoot Resort neighbors, the Love course offers a relaxing environment in which you can enjoy the greatest game the way it was meant to be played.
