2nd Annual Autism Advocate Foundation Golf Classic
1 in every 217 children in South Carolina suffers from Autism. Formed by parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders living in Horry County, the Autism Advocate Foundation has found a way to give back to those who are affected by this prevalent disorder.
Saturday, June 26th marks the 2nd Annual Autism Advocate Foundation Golf Classic. All proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Autism Advocate Foundation to support those along the Grand Strand who suffer from Autism Spectrum Disorders.
The tournament will be held at Blackmoor Golf Club in Murrells Inlet and will begin at 2 p.m.. The entry fee per person is $65, and a foursome can enter for $250. Each entry includes a light meal, refreshments, entry in the longest drive and closest-to-the-pin competitions, and a goodie bag.
A silent auction and raffle will also take place. Sponsorships are available, including the Charity Partnership Signage ($150) and the Family Hole Sponsorship ($50).
The tournament features a four-player Captain's Choice format. Prizes will be awarded to the contest winners as well as the low net foursome winner.
"Mulligan packages," extra shots, throws, and strings, are available for $25 per foursome.
